These terms describe permitted use of SuhiMark’s public website, SIH walkthrough, prepared examples, booking links and invitation-only preview. Read them with the Privacy notice. Questions: support@suhimark.com.

A paid service or live pilot requires a separate agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, processing instructions, fees if any, support, retention, security and exit arrangements. These public terms do not create a purchase order, grant examination authority or replace that agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Demonstration enquiries are intended for adults and authorized institution or teaching-team representatives. You must have authority for institutional actions. A shared token unlocks a sample preview only; it does not authenticate a real institution, teacher or student account.

Do not share tokens publicly, impersonate others or use another institution’s records. Report misuse to support@suhimark.com. Children should use any future service only through approved, appropriately authorized arrangements.

Sample scores, walkthroughs, quizzes and architecture illustrations explain intended behaviour. They are not real-time telemetry, independent accuracy studies or a promise of available integrations. Early counts are dated activity records, not grading-accuracy guarantees.

The preview may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn during development. Do not store your only copy of important work here. “Coming soon” features, capacity targets and the V7 learning design remain future or qualification-dependent capabilities. AI and AI+ describe the evaluation services; the scope and availability of a live institutional deployment must be confirmed during onboarding.

A demo booking does not create a paid subscription. A commercial offer must separately state scope, charges, taxes, cancellation and refunds. The preview does not promise a response time, uptime, completion time or AI accuracy.

AI may misread handwriting, overlook a method, misapply a rubric or produce incomplete feedback. AI+ is designed for SuhiMark experts to audit every question in every copy and approve the current reviewed version. The institution separately controls publication and recipients.

Evidence, mapping, rubric versions and reasons must support decisions. Unreadable material requires clarification, not invented text or automatic zero. Correct arithmetic alone does not establish academic correctness.

Use the institution’s review or appeal process for official results. Authorized amendments must create explicit revisions, not silently replace approved results or imply an earlier reviewer signed the changed version. The public simulation cannot approve or publish a real grade.

You retain rights you hold in your material. These terms do not transfer ownership of answer sheets, rubrics or student work to SuhiMark. You must have authority before supplying material to a separately agreed service.

Use synthetic material in the preview. Do not send real student records, confidential exams, identity documents, health or financial details, or credentials through demonstrations, WhatsApp, demo notes or general support without an approved channel and purpose.

A live agreement must define the limited permissions necessary for the educational service and separately address any learning or training use. Uploading a paper, receiving a correction or accepting a demo invitation is not blanket training permission.

• Use the website lawfully and within your authorization.
• Do not access other people’s records, evade controls, expose invitation secrets or impersonate staff.
• Do not upload malware, exploit document parsers, disrupt availability or send harmful automated traffic.
• Do not present demonstrations as live capabilities, certifications, benchmarks or official academic results.
• Respect privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property rights. Report vulnerabilities to support@suhimark.com; testing must remain within expressly authorized scope.

SuhiMark branding, original content and software are protected by applicable law. You may view public pages, link to them and share references for legitimate product evaluation. Do not misrepresent affiliation, remove attribution or redistribute private code or confidential material without permission.

Testimonials and photographs remain associated with their contributors. Third-party marks belong to their owners; references do not imply endorsement or certification. Applicable statutory exceptions remain available.

Cal.com handles scheduling. WhatsApp and email are optional contact channels. External services have their own terms, privacy practices, account requirements and availability. Choose what to send; keep student data out of general enquiries.

SuhiMark does not control third-party changes or outages. Contact us if a booking or support link fails so we can arrange an alternative.

We may restrict preview access to investigate misuse, protect users, meet legal duties or maintain the service. Contact support for clarification where appropriate. Preview restrictions are separate from contractual duties for a live service.

We may correct website content and change demonstrations. Material changes to contracted services must follow the applicable agreement. This page does not authorize changes to official academic records.

The preview is for exploration and discussion. Assess suitability before operational reliance. A live agreement must allocate responsibility for source quality, permissions, review, publication, incidents, availability and recovery.

To the extent applicable law permits, the preview is not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular examination. This does not exclude non-excludable liability or remedies, including applicable consumer protections. No financial liability cap is created by these public preview terms, and rights under a separate signed agreement are preserved.

These public website terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections and competent regulatory or court jurisdiction applicable to you. International institutional services need a separate review of local education, privacy and consumer requirements. The website is not represented as certified under every country’s law.

Please describe concerns to support@suhimark.com for investigation. This does not prevent a complaint to a competent authority, court or another available remedy. A live contract may define a dispute process, subject to non-waivable rights.

The date and version identify the current public terms. Material changes to a live contractual relationship must be communicated under its agreement and applicable law. A website edit alone is not permission for new data use.
